Here's how game 3 is played...

There are four temples, three of which require two offerings. One to receive a key and the other to allow you to proceed to the next temple. The key is used to obtain a tablet at one of the pyramids. There are three different tablets (bird, beetle, and lion). One of these tablets will be accepted by the Sphinx (located just before the final temple). Once accepted, this will allow you to proceed to the final temple. The final temple will only accept the “staff” which is obtained at the first oasis (located south of the start). There are several artifacts and treasures that need to be collected either from a trader or the goddess. The traders can also take items. Here are the items required at each temple…

1st Temple – Scroll (Key), Tannis Leaf (pass)

2nd Temple – Crown (Key), Water Jug (pass)

3rd Temple – Ankh (Key), Shield (pass)

4th Temple – Staff

The other items that are important are the “scepter” (speed) and the “spade” (digging). The rest of the items are useful for protection and healing, but not required to solve the riddle.
