Rift-PvP in Black Garden
1For this Rift beta video, you get to see some PVP action in a Rift battleground called the Black Garden. PVP areas in Rift are called warfronts. Black Garden is the first one to become available while leveling.
The object of garden is to grab the Fang of Remulos in the center of the map. Once you have control, you will continually take increasing amounts of damage but you generate points for your team. The closer you are to the center, the more points you get. An effective strategy is to either run back to your drop point by the spawn zone or run to the side areas where you can choke off two entrances. Some people elect to hang near the center and generate fast points.
