Fighting Maws-AQ Scepter of the Shifting Sands chain
1This is a video of 2 players fighting Maws as part of the Ahn'Qiraj scepter chain. Maws was originally designed to be a 40 man raid boss in vanilla WoW. Now, it's 2 mannable (likely soloable) and as you can see, it takes under 4 minutes to kill him. At no point in the battle did he hit me (the druid tank) for much more than 900 damage. I spend most of the fight with him missing me completely.
The fight takes place at a piece of wreckage called The Maelstrom. I find it ironic since that's the name of our portal into the new area come Cataclysm. Talliar, the hunter DPSing the shark, is doing the scepter chain and it will be a feat once Cataclysm hits.
