In this random gaming session, I take a look at an older sci fi real time strat game, Ashes of the Singularity. This game used to be a major bench mark stress test on cpu and gpus.

I really think despite its odd campaign lore and story thus far it can be an interesting real time strat game. The game does tend to throw quite alot at ya not just lore wise as well if strictly going on the game itself, I'm not sure where this lore comes from novel wise, would be neat to know.

A weird note about this recording: This game, far as I'm aware of uses the Vulcan driver built in the game. As a suggestion when recording or playing this game, try to run the game on direct X 12 or Vulcan. The game for some reason when fresh install runs in older direct X 11 which for some reason can really tank the frame rates when recording.
