The old bot chatter and radio systems can't be enabled anymore through usual means. Plugins might do the trick but... yeah...

This is a part of history "removed" from the game in a way. It was present very early on, starting with Condition Zero in 2004, up to Counter-Strike: Source and of course the CS:GO Beta. They were on by default back then even in CS:GO.

Shortly after the Beta they were replaced with what we have today... but the command was still here, just hidden, and you could simply copy the voicelines back along with the BotChatter.db file and soundscripts... it'd load just fine and would work as expected... until a few recent updates.

It's now gone, unless you have an old CS:GO build laying around or want to use plugins.

Now that it's gone, this wont be a feature available in Classic Offensive since we will not use plugins or anything.
