Remember when it looked like the Reptara was getting their butts handed to them and that time when I said "I guess the game is ending soon?" Well, after being able to push far enough so that I could reestablish diplomatic/espionage interactions with them, it turns out I was wrong. All hail the power of economy. Maybe there never was a way out for us to begin with.

Remnants of the Precursors is a rebuild of the 4x classic Master of Orion, a game that digs deep into the four fundamentals of explore, exploit, expand, and exterminate. The game pits a number of different sci-fi races and cultures against each other both for galactic domination and to find out the truth behind old technology left by the aptly named Orions. Players can choose to peacemonger their way into the helm of the galactic council, or you can design your own ships and obliterate other planets from orbit. The important decisions come early, and the game gives you a lot of options for how to tackle problems. But at the end of the day, not everyone you encounter will be friendly. Is it time to open fire and engage?

This run is unmodded. In future runs I'll be using/showcasing some mods but I wanted to keep it more straightforward at the start. However, AI personalities are randomized.
