This Rise of the Ronin game guide video shows how to complete the objective about photographing 2 rooms. It's tied to A Pleasure District Portrait main quest.
Finding out what's inside both rooms is tricky, because you can't just open the doors leading to them. For the first photo head outside and use the grappling hook to reach the lower roof area. Head towards the hole in the wall to make the photo.
For the second photo head upstairs in the main building and use the grappling hook to reach the ceiling area. This will allow you to enter a vent and reach the place where you can make the second photo.
