Meant to be a true sequel to Wolfenstein 3D, ROTT, made by Apogee Software, eventually evolved into a completely different game, one with funny elements, and also introduced us to the 'Ludicrous Gibs!'.

Oh boy, I REALLY hate this secret level. If it weren't for the God modes I got (although I wanted to get 2 at max instead of 3, somehow the video isn't as interesting as it seems to be), I would have gotten killed more easily or spend way too much time in the level that would result having to split this level playthrough into two videos.

The level itself is littered with rooms filled with life items, powerups, and extra lives.

Reaching the secret exit in E4A4 to E4A8 requires Mercury Mode, Dog Mode, or Asbestos armor, a Firebomb, and a lot of patience to get through.
