Meant to be a true sequel to Wolfenstein 3D, ROTT, made by Apogee Software, eventually evolved into a completely different game, one with funny elements, and also introduced us to the 'Ludicrous Gibs!'.

This is the sequence that plays after the part of the ending which said that the HUNT swam for 20 miles after the Government could not afford another skiff due to budget cuts.

It just says how 30 years later that a descendant of El Oscuro destroyed the world, shows the planet background (the same one used for the Apogee logo appearing), a voice telling you that 'you suck', then another message telling you to try again. You are then sent back to the beginning of 'In the Dark Nest', oddly enough with the stuff you had when you finished the level.
