So, I decided to take a look at all the separate channels of some chiptune music at once. Thought it might look cool, since those waveforms are usually so pretty. I quickly put together a script to create this and other videos.

This time, I decided to try a different platform, so I picked the Nintendo Entertainment System.

If you're watching this, it probably means Rob Hubbard needs no introduction to you. So I'll just explain what's going on.

The fifth channel you see down there is a very primitive form of digital audio called "delta modulation". Interesting stuff, but very limited.
