8A quick play & look at the C64 version of FTL's Light Force, published in 1986.
This was one of those games I had growing up & put quite a bit of play time into. Granted, I wasn't (and to be honest, still aren't) great at it - but the challenge of the game, combined with the awesome, awesome music certainly made it worthwhile regardless.
