Hiroshige Overlook. A peaceful, prosperous town with the beginnings of a great high-tech industrial base and some great parks and recreational opportunities. A town undergoing a housing boom, with low crime, safe streets, a superb educational system and good health care along with fire protection and a progressive mass transit network. Its mayor works hard to keep his town running great, and appears to be the very soul of a conscientious leader, but all the while a dark side is brewing. In the depths of his psyche, repressed frustrations with his whiny privileged citizens and their overweening sense of yuppie entitlement are clawing their way to the surface and demanding to be recognized. Recognized, in a bloodbath of destruction.

Okay, no I probably won't unleash mass destruction on the town myself. Just waiting patiently for a random tornado, earthquake, Godzilla or meteors to do it for me. ;) Then I will put on a long face for my public and patiently rebuild while inwardly cackling with evil satisfaction! ;)
