4Underneath the modern glass and steel of Hiroshige Overlook lies a fist. A steel fist. My fist, in fact. Are you poor? We raise your taxes. Your little house in the way? Eminent domain, bitches. A couple uncaptured criminals about? We'll build a police station complete with double-deckered jail cells just for you. Don't mind the screams, we will soon "rehabilitate" your mind. Corporations and rich people? Let us pander to you. Poor people in cheapo apartments. Oh, I needed a place to put my new waterworks, thanks. ;) BLAMMO!
Hiroshige Overlook, where the homeless wander under the shining towers of the city's elite. Glittering capitalist high-tech playground or surreal Orwellian police state? You decide.
A big city needs a big network of suppliers, and in the case of Hiroshige Overlook this means suppliers for alloy and plastic to make processors. Having supplied alloy by creating a new city in the region for just that purpose, soon I'll soon have to do the same thing to supply plastic. As in real life, one city is not an island unto itself.
