THIS GLITCH HAS NOW BEEN PATCHED so RIP. (In v54)
Explanation in words: (I set Whirlwind Spin to the C key)
(You need Level 22 to unlock Whirlwind Spin first)

You need Shift Lock Switch on and Dual Wield swords equipped and drawn.
First, hold W and D then press C then Q while the animation is moving forward. You will get the best result the closer the animation moves forward but too far and the animation end and you fail the attempt.

Keep hold W and D and you should notice the animation freezes for a second which is proof the glitch is active.
Then let go of everything, Hold A and hold Space to jump then you should move forward faster.

Pressing Q or dying after this will disable the speed glitch anything else wont disable it.
Climbing ladders also doesn't disable the glitch.
