"Turbo Overkill" by @ApogeeEntertainment is a fantastic indie cyberpunk FPS. You play as Johnny Turbo, a half-cyborg "removalist" employed by the largest corporation of your time. Said corporation's advanced AI program "Syn" has achieved sentience and, in great "System Shock 2" fashion, has overrun the city of Paradise with biomechanical terrors. Armed with many weapons, augments and a freakin' chainsaw leg, it's up to you to "clean up the mess". The game is heavily influenced by FPS' like DOOM and Duke Nukem 3D, as well as action/cyberpunk films like Evil Dead 2 and Judge Dredd. It's a fast-paced slaughterfest that's sure to put a smile on your face.
