Robocop challenges Robocop for the NES while having to comply with the following prime directives:
1-Avoid Termination (No Death)
2-Avoid Enhancements (No power ups)
3-Avoid Harming Animals (No Dog deaths)
4-Classified (--------------------------------Shoot Dick Jones in the dick)
ManyNinjas (Scorpion) and Al provide support and commentary throughout.
ManyNinjas also tries the Famicom version of Robocop afterwards.
Played live on May 6, 2014 at A & C World in Toronto, ON Canada and recorded on the acgamesonline Twitch channel.
I, Daniel "DTysonator" Teixeira, managed to comply with my strict prime directives in the end, despite playing as Robocop and using a regular controller on an official NES, without any cheating whatsoever.
However to be fair, the blocking defensive function makes this game so much easier! It was definitely designed by OCP, which stands for Overly Corrupt Protection in this case.
Maybe I was just born to play Robocop, since I happen to share the same birthday (June 24th) as Peter Weller, the man who first starred as Robocop. Seriously!
