1:48 RB3 FC (singular)

Well this kinda came out of nowhere. I was dead set on doing RB2 on all instruments next, but I started to find RB1 fun in it's own way. I'd say it's like what GH1 is to Guitar Hero, in that the game is more of the challenge, not the songs. I have worked on Guitar and Bass alongside Vocals, however I'm only sitting at 51/58 FCs for Bass and 39/58 FCs for Guitar (all on the original game so far), the night before I'm heading out of town again. So this will have to do for now (and probably for quite a while, since there are some mammoths left on both instruments).

Everyone knows that talkies are broken on this game by this point, and I thankfully found a solution to make that part of the game easier. Every FC you see on Wii was either done on there due to a LOT of talkies in a song (Ballroom Blitz, Epic, Sabotage, Timmy) or a single talkie or talkie phrase being broken beyond repair (29 Fingers, Next To You, Here It Goes Again, Are You Gonna Be My Girl). The Wii did NOT make these free, just made it possible. Usually the phrases would hit if I was articulate enough when I said the words, and had the mic far enough back from my face. Timmy in particular required this a LOT, as you can hear in this video from when I FCed it: https://youtu.be/vu4vE8NK4y4

And there was a couple of songs that were simply just hard to sing, such as Foreplay, I Get By, Suffragette City, and Gimme Shelter (my final FC btw). I did the same thing I did with Lego Rock Band in that I imported them to Rock Band 3 where there is a proper practice mode, and I spent a while learning them, and eventually they'd come with time.

Now, there's TWO important things I need to mention, and they both stem from the same issue. I've never been one to have problems with my discs, but BOTH my Xbox and Wii discs were scratched pretty badly, most likely from age and me not exactly being careful with discs when I was little. The whole time while I was doing this, I constantly had to restart the game, clean the discs, would be in the middle of a song and the game would crash, so on and so forth.

The first problem I had is that Highway Star in particular would ALWAYS crash right before it reached the stats screen. I FCed it twice before I decided just to record a video of me FCing it, vid is here (https://youtu.be/pX76WLg9FCo). At the end of the video you can even see when it crashes.

Secondly, When We Were Young would NOT load on Wii without crashing the game no matter what I tried to do to clean the disc. This was a problem because it was a song that has pretty bad talkies in the verses on Xbox, so I was really hoping to do it on Wii. After a lot of trying unsuccessfully on Xbox, I had ran out of patience and time, and decided I was just gonna have to do it on RB3. This means that this FGFC isn't all on the original game unfortunately, and while that sucks a lot, I still got a hell of a lot closer then I ever thought I would to that goal. If I ever end up getting it on RB1, Xbox or Wii, I will post something here so people know about it.

Overall, a very different experience for me compared to what I've gotten before. Chances are content is probably stopping on this channel for a little while, due to a mix of being out of town all the time and the fact that I am a week away from starting COLLEGE!! I wanna say that NOW RB2 will be the next game to work on, but again, it's anyone's guess.

Special thanks to @ryanlater13 for letting me take his Wii disc for this project

Special thanks to all the crazy people who have actually been killing all these broken talkie songs on their original engines, on Xbox. I can't wait to see the day when the Megamix gets fubbed on RB1 or smth
