"Adam Shankman is a film director and choreographer. He has been a judge on the television program ""So You Think You Can Dance,"" directed several films like ""A Walk to Remember,"" ""Bringing Down The House,"" and a remake of ""Hairspray,"" and choreographed many things including one of the Spice Girls' tours.

He recently joined us here in Mountain View to discuss his latest film ""Rock of Ages,"" which is set in 1987 Los Angeles.

It's about two young people chasing their dreams in the big city, love at first sight and the challenges that come along with it.
