I was so paranoid stepping out into this. But the exploration was nice.

Imagine my relief when, after my eventual death, I still had the Crimson Key on me.

So the game doesn't 100% reset you on death - you just have to find the gateways and use them with your keys, I assume. I don't have enough spots for 5 keys, though. Biome 2 also hands you Weapon Efficiency 5 so you can pick up some decent guns. And I can now carry two consumable types.

With that comfort, I feel better continuing with this game.

I do like the gun with the seeker bullets. That's very nice. I haven't found a grappler for the lit ledges yet - not sure when I'll get that.
