A couple bad levels but overall a much better run.

Timing for this game is odd, so I retimed from selecting Mt. Baldy, to the first frame of "great job! You saved Rocket Boards!" screen, because that feels to be the best way to time this game. Retimed to 32:27.232

For now, I'll submit the time via the timing the current SRC mods have it set, and that time is 32:15.799
