Samsung Q90NA 85" mini-LED HDTV in 4K 120Hz mode with VRR(variable refresh rate - G-Sync must be manually activated through Nvidia control panel) using HDMI 2.1 cable.

Callisto Protocol is severely CPU limited due to horrible core/thread optimization.
It basically leaves everything past 4 threads idle.
The result is the fps limits you see in this video.
Even lowering the resolution or changing FSR 2 to Performance will only get you 1 more fps.
Enabling RT almost cuts fps in half due to the addition CPU demands.
Unfortunately it's almost impossible to see RT in this game since they art it in a subtle way.
Plus the body light on Jacob blooms out any RT reflections.

As of 08/08/2023 with the ROG Ally's MCU FW update along with the Nvidia GeForce driver 536.99 for Balder's Gate finally fixed the nerfed TGP of the RTX 4090 in this XG Mobile. It was previously restricted to 115W with every retail BIOS from 317 onward.
