Once again, we check out a game briefly.

Rogue Galaxy

Rogue Galaxy was developed by Level-5 and published by Sony. It had a director's cut edition released in Japan that contains all the improvements added to the North American and European version. Gotta say it's funny how often this keeps happening in the video game industry. According to wikipedia, both Level-5 and Sony had high expectations of this game being able to outcompete the likes of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest but as history shows, that didn't really happen.

I didn't read through all of wikipedia so that's about all you'll get :p

I define Rogue Galaxy as a game where you can see one screenshot of it and like a snap of a finger, you instantly know exactly how it's played. It's super intuitive like that, you won't have a single problem with how ANYTHING is done. At most you may stumble with what button to push as you can see me hitting Triangle when I meant to hit something like Square or Start, but that's just a memorization thing from having played many games. As in it's a me-problem :D

This was another game I heard about from games giving it high praise.
Obviously the game uses JRPG tropes for better or worse but the gameplay itself is solid.
Definetly a game that will be a joy to play. Recommended.
