Rogue Plays the Legend of Zelda (NES) || 2 || The first "unit" of the Triforce
0The Legend of Zelda is a stand-out franchise in Nintendo's library. When my parents got our NES in the late 80's, this and Final Fantasy were my two first games. It clearly made an impression. I have almost every game in the franchise (there are a few I am missing for the Nintendo handhelds like Minish Cap, the Oracle games, and Four Swords Adventures) and I play them regularly. I'm not amazing - see my series on A Link to the Past for examples of how badly I can embarass myself (or Link) - or just watch this episode! We bumble about Hyrule in search of arms and equipment to get set up to fight our way to the first "unit" of the Triforce of Wisdom. Can we save the Princess Zelda? Can we defeat Ganon, even though he has the Triforce of Power? What happened to the Triforce of Courage? Will all these questions get answered? Join me on the journey and you will find out!
