This is an immersive, 100% in-character playthrough of Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines with the Clan Quest Mod. I try to roleplay my chosen character and do not refer in any ways to outside world or game mechanics. Overall I only speak as my character - be that his actual voice or just his thoughts. I try to treat every situation seriously "as my character" and always stay "in the role".

Alexander Black was not a man it was wise to cross - and that was even before he died and then rose again despite that. Growing up on the streets of Chicago, he did what he had to to survive. He did more than he had to, in fact - just because he could and it amused him. He first killed a man at the age of 12 - a member of the a powerful local gang, no less, trying to extort payment off a kid living on their turf. What could a kid do, after all? Eighteen stabs to the jugular with a sharpened piece of glass later it turned out that a kid, with the right attitude and the absolute lack of hesitation or morals, could very well end a grown man. And it was just the first one - many died after that, but as Alexander rose in the ranks of the local organized crime, he tempered his furious bloodlust with the new-found experiance, knowledge and learning. Sometimes, it just wasn't enough to kill a man. Sometimes, you had to play him first to get what you want - and Alex always got what he wanted, one way or another. And yet - living like that makes enemies, and soon enough there were so many that they were hardly worth the trouble. And so he left for Los Angeles. He knew no one there and would be starting from scratch. Not that it mattered - he would carve out his niche nonetheless. And the carving would, most likely, be done literally. Just as he liked it. One night, he met this girl at the bar. He had his share of women in the past, but this one was different. Her eyes... there was power in her eyes - power that he respected. One thing led to another and then he took her - as he took many women in his time. He awoke with hunger so potent that he could just about kill a man for a decent meal. And then he thought - why not literally do that, actually. Wouldn't be the first time...
