This is another livery that I made, which - if you have Rolling Line as well - you can find on Steam Workshop.

Sam is a character from Thomas & Friends that - I believe - was created purely for merchandising. He did have a Wooden Railway and CGI models, the latter of which was only used in promotional videos. Sam is based on the Virginian Railway AG class, an enormous articulated locomotive with a wheel arrangement of 2-6-6-6. The base model I used for this reskin is Rolling Line's Big Boy model, which actually has a 4-8-8-4 wheel arrangement.
