Rolling Line Ep.1 - TasRail Engine on the Top of the South layout
This video was inspired by a YouTuber called Frantic Matty.
Rolling Line is a model-railway simulator, which is set in New Zealand. The main layout is made-up of four sections, each based on a certain part of the South Island Main Trunk, more specifically the Kaikoura to Picton section. As well as the main map, you can also make your own layouts and liveries.
The trains include with this game are - of course - based on New Zealand locomotives and rolling stock, although one of them is based on the Union Pacific 'Big Boy', which is American. Two of the New Zealand locomotives are diesel, while the third is steam. The steam locomotive is based on the New Zealand Railways AB class 4-6-2, although there is a two-axle bogie at the back, instead of a one-axle pony truck. In other words, Rolling Line's version of the AB is actually a 4-6-4 instead of a 4-6-2.
The diesel locomotives are based on the DX and DSJ class locomotives, even though the DSJ is not accurate to a real DSJ. This is because the cab on RL's version is in the middle of the engine, while the real DSJ's cab is off-centre. RL's version of the DSJ also has a radiator grille at both ends, while the real DSJ only has a radiator grille at one end.
I suggest you consult this game's page on Steam if you want to know more about it:

For my first Rolling Line video, I decided to go for a drive around the Main Layout. The locomotive is one of my custom liveries - the TasRail red DX, pulling some blue coaches. All other liveries you see in this video - apart from the steam locomotive - are mine, and you can find them all on Steam Workshop.
