8This rotation at least seems pretty easy! I say, as though I don't have some of the best compotisions for the thing. Overall if you have Herta, Aglaea or Castorice Flame Reaver is a pushover, and Doomsday Beast was never really difficult. This was really just more of an excuse for me to use my E2 Phainon to demolish everything.
As for Phainon, I know there's discourse surrounding his kit. Personally, I'm used to Hoyo's antics and know they'll release some absolute chicanery to fix up any flaws he has. He's definitely up there with the greats anyway, though I see why people are concerned about how much AV he eats. For my viewpoint, his damage is still top-tier and he has 0-cycled moc with minimal effort even at E0, and is still quite good with sustain as is.
If you're looking to clear with minimal worry, he's not a bad pickup, though his BiS supports will absolutely make a world of difference due to how his kit works (I'd imagine they'll patch up any downtime he has). He really is the Firefly of Amphoreus though I'm fairly certain he will age better. If he ages badly, frankly, everything will. Feasibly fighting powercreep for old favorites is starting to feel like a losing battle.
