The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards have taken part in a celebration of Germany's links to the modern British monarchy.

It's the 300th Anniversary of the House of Hanover.

And as Emily Slater reports, it was the perfect opportunity to recreate the moment a future King of England left his palace in Hanover to establish what became the Georgian era.
