Here is an Updated version of the D20 Combat Experimenting with Events that I previously posted as a DEMO along with a detailed explanation. The HP, Attack, and Defense are randomly rolled, the pictures move to bump into each other, the attacks can Hit or Miss depending on the D20 roll that is modified by the ATK and DEF, a Natural 1 causes the attacker to hurt themselves, and a Natural 20 does double damage (minus the DEF), the defender can now also evade the attack, you can reset the stats at the beginning to test different starting values, and you can try again to test different outcomes. I also added Show Animation for the successful attacks, which requires a simple, free plugin. I highlight that plugin and the plugin has a link to the source page. I think I worked out all the kinks so far with a few last minute changes today and there is a lot more that you can do with this. This was just an experiment to see about mimicking some of those bumping combat mobile games.
