UPDATE: I had to re-upload this because I accidentally left in about 20-30 minutes of black at the end. :P

5 and 6 are short only because the fifth video was slightly too long to be one video. In here we face off against Mah's Nightmare, the dreaded Muspah! Yes, they really DO exist, and they can get pretty nasty. Its highly recommended to allow Zaros to enter your mind because if you do so he will strength your power and also (I think?) give you unlimited ancient magicks and ancient curses.

During this battle, kill each Muspah as fast as possible. With a full inventory of food you should be fine. Make sure to keep your health at least half full. During this battle, Ancient Magicks and Ancient Curses are far more effective, in fact they are ALWAYS more effective against Muspah even after the quest. This is why I recommend Ancients for this quest (note that I did not have Ancient Curses on).

Just protect/deflect against the one that there's the most of on the field at any given moment. There are three types of Muspah; melee, range, and magic. Magic seemed to constantly deal far more damage to me for some reason. If you're doing magic like I recommend, you should focus on killing range first and magic second; the melee are annoying but won't hurt you as much.

Every so often Mah will wail, dealing heavy damage to the entire field; both you and the Muspah. Once Mah's Nightmare has subsided you can move on and climb down into the core.

After the quest you can return to the summit and continue fighting Muspah. They do not have unique drops yet but they do have great drops, and I have heard that more unique drops will be added to them later. After the quest you do not have to worry about Mah attacking you either.

Once in the Elder Hall go down each of the four halls and look at the objects you can find there. If you allowed Zaros to come with you he will comment on them. Otherwise just grab The Measure, drop it near a bunch of wisps and gather their energy. Use any memories you have on the divine crater in the center. Once you have 250 memories weave them into a dark simulacrum (or a light simulacrum if you want to hurt Zaros).

After getting the simulacrum you're done with the quest, just leave and you'll see the ending sequence.
