The fourth and final part of my One of a Kind playthrough, I didn't bring equipment to the battle again the three hunters and ended up dying, so I have to walk back with my equipment. I brought lesser equipment just to be on the safe side and I encountered no serious threats on the way out (normally I'd skip sections, but I included this one to show you how to get there).

Once you kill the three hunters, you will get on the White Dragon's back and fly to Daemonheim. Here you will meet Kerapac for the first time and he will blackmail you into participating in an experiment. You must syphon Dragonkin Memories into Strisath. Upon doing so you will then be sent into Srisath's memory and have to fight the Echo of Jas, the quest's final boss.

I died twice to her, but she's really easy. Fight with range, its SUPER effective. Also make sure to kill all the "False Users" that appear, but especially the False User represented by Saradomin; he will heal the Echo of Jas. Its quite an easy fight, though I died the first couple of times because I didn't realize I had to kill the False Users.
