Solid RNG and a lot of clean play to eliminate further RNG!
Stage 3 trenchcoat refused to spawn and bring me the elevator despite my efforts to dance around the camera a few times. Slightly different stage route including the gauntlet. Used angled shots until they get too high -- turn away to bomb preemptively to intercept their fast swoops then resume rocket shots.
Stage 5 first half totally revamped to take more advantage Kart's speed. Diagonal jump off of lift to manipulate a lift later on to be in a favorable cycle (the far right lift after the group of soldiers). Not sure why it works but it does...?! Damage boosting down to the next floor to lock the lifts in place until I arrive.
Stage 6 Double bombing while dropping to red door just in case I get a bad spawn. Double pistol guy spawns late so it didn't take care of him but it wasn't a time loss since I still reached the elevator in time; just a little scarier. Changed how I took a death here instead of trying to control my health just cleared everything ahead of time then jumping down the elevator shaft (and being very careful to not somehow take damage and have iframes in the meantime).
Big choreographed countdown sequence for a high chance of a damage boost down the far right lift. Diagonal jump off big lift, shoot (framekill). This setup allows the green bot to shoot right and allow Kart safe drop to the lift on the far right without relying on human spawns. Make sure to bonk the right wall (just run into it) as this somehow affects the upcoming lift cycle.
Locked down a good boss fight and hit the 12:5x!
