Judging from the little testing I've done with the video this could be sandwiched between the 4080 and 4090 for efficiency. If this turns out to be just behind the 4090 then the regular 4070 might be an efficient beast.
Update: It would appear that I was right in speculating its performance is slightly better than the 4080's while maintain its stock hashrate all be it I've found a semi new way to overclock for this card.
Which might cause me to go back and look at the other two cards for another final inspection, but the overclock ran stable for more than an hour will share later.
Disclaimer: These overclock settings may not get you the same results depending on the gpu that an individual may have, whether it's a different aib gpu, the exact same gpu, or even the same gpu but with different memory with the exact same overclock settings applied not all gpu's are the same silicon lottery is unfortunately a thing.
