The efficiency on this card was better than when I tried this algorithm on the 4090, but that will have me to go back and look back at the final test results for all of the algorithms I did on the 4090 which I'll be updating with new pictures of those results. Needless to say, its efficiency on this algorithm was surprising its either a hit or miss vs the 4090 where the 4080 either gets the same efficiency, close to the same efficiency, or there is a gap decent sized gap. There's no audio in the video because I forgot to swap my mic's channels lol o well.
Update: Messed around with overclocks and was able to find a good overclock that was able to basically retain the same hashrate, but at a decreased wattage. Tested the overclock and was running smooth for more than an hour.
Disclaimer: These overclock settings may not get you the same results depending on the gpu that an individual may have, whether it's a different aib gpu, the exact same gpu, or even the same gpu but with different memory with the exact same overclock settings applied not all gpu's are the same silicon lottery is unfortunately a thing.
