The fact that I couldn't power limit this card and it did nothing tells me that since the only available driver being the 528.02 I might not be able to overclock this card as much as one should be able to. Since it's so new I might just wait to post the final results of the overclocks for all the algorithms I test when there is a newer driver because this thing is causing my pc to freeze when locking the core clock lower than 890 mv.
Update: Messed around with the card and it looks like it's actually able to break into the 1.5 range of efficiency, but it still acts a little unstable, but it gets very close to the 4080 and 4090 for efficiency thankfully. Ran the overclock for more than an hour and it ran smooth. I will show the overclock in later video.
Disclaimer: These overclock settings may not get you the same results depending on the gpu that an individual may have, whether it's a different aib gpu, the exact same gpu, or even the same gpu but with different memory with the exact same overclock settings applied not all gpu's are the same silicon lottery is unfortunately a thing.
