Fix Steam won't run

Option 1. Restart your PC

Option 2. End Task Steam

1. Click CTRL + ALT and ESC.
2. Browse Steam.
3. Right-Click each Steam Clients and select End Task.

Option 3. Run Steam as Administrator

1. Right-click Steam.exe.
2. Select Run as Administrator.

Step 4. Make sure Date and Time and Time zone is correct

1. Click Windows Start, then type Date & Time Settings and then press Enter key.
2. Set up the Time Zone.
3. Set Time automatically and Set Time zone automatically Enable.
