In this part, we start out by going to the Guard House to the right and collecting a bunch of rupees and Gold Skulltula #4. We then enter the main area of the market and move near the little white dog in the corner to get it to follow us, then take it down the back alley and into a house to return him to his owner who gives us our 1st Piece of Heart. If you collect 4 Pieces of Heart it creates a Heart Container and adds another heart to your life at the top left. Next we reenter the market and talk to Malon to learn that her father went to the castle and didn't return, so we go to the Castle for her. We meet with the annoying owl again and roll into the tree he was standing on for Gold Skulltula #5. Next we purposely get caught by a guard to make Malon appear near the entrance and she gives us the Weird Egg. We then travel across the Castle Grounds (careful not to get caught this time) and in the morning our Weird Egg hatches into a Chicken (why not a chick i'll never know.) After a bit of traveling we use the Chicken to wake up Talon, Malons father and owner of Lon Lon Ranch. He runs off and allows us to move his Milk Crates to make a path into the Castle. Once inside the Castle Courtyard we carefully avoid the guards (if you are caught they will kick you out to the Milk Crates. At night it is impossible to sneak into the castle.) and make our way to the Garden.

1. Gold Skulltula #4 of 100 - 0:50 (Market, in guards quarters, in a crate)
2. Piece of Heart #1 of 36 - 1:45 (Market, guide the white dog to it's owner at night)
3. Gold Skulltula #5 of 100 - 3:43 (Hyrule Castle, roll into the tree)
4. Weird Egg - 4:44 (Hyrule Castle, received from Malon, turns into Chicken at dawn)
5. Chicken - 5:27 (Hyrule Castle, hatched from Weird Egg at dawn, used to wake up Talon)
