In this part, the Deku Tree thanks us for breaking his curse but tell us it is too late and he is going to die in a few moments. Before he dies he tell us about the man in black that put the curse on him, and the story of the 3 goddess' that created the world, Din, Nayru, and Farore. We then backtrack through the Kokiri Forest and are blamed by Mido for the death of the Great Deku Tree. Up next on our way out of the Forest, we are stopped by Saria and she gives us the Fairy Ocarina to remember her by. We then move out to Hyrule Field and are stopped by the worlds most annoying owl Kaepora Gaebora. Lastly we make a mad dash for Hyrule Market before nightfall (if you are trapped outside all night simply wait for day to come, but be prepared to defend yourself from Stalchild's or Stalchildren whatever. Note: if you stand on the tip of the draw bridge when it rises at night time, you will get 20 Rupees if you can manage to reach the top....I fail.
