Pretty Flower will refuse to help you until you pick up Big Rock.

Once Big Rock is lifted, however he still won't agree to fight the Chaos Dwarves.

Talk to My Arm the troll and ask him for a pretty flower. Once you get the flower, mention it to the troll Pretty Flower and suggest it's a gift from Grimsson.

Pretty Flower in rage agrees to crush the Chaos army. Return to Keldagrim and talk with Veldaban who is standing in a large crowd west of the palace.

Watch the cutscenes and dialogue until the quest is complete.
