4First you need to correct the labels on the weight boxes.
To figure it out, you need to present pairs of weights to the captain and he will tell which is heavier or lighter.
The order from lightest to greatest is 3 5 2 6 4, so 2 is really 4, 3 is 2, 4 is 6, 5 is 3, 6 is 5.
Afterwards you need to balance the scales. Each of the two rows needs to have a net weight of 15, however torque on both sides of the pivot needs to be balanced. I don't want to give a corrupt physics lesson, so possible solutions to the top are 3462, 3534, 4425, and the bottom is 2256.
Activate a protect from melee prayer and have a weapon and some food before opening the first door. You will be ambushed by Void Pests.
Since the Spinner heals it brothers, kill it first.
Next take out the shifter since it teleports it allies around.
Third, take out the Torcher to stop taking magic damage.
Last the Brawler.
Pick up the blocks dropped by each Pest and pop 3 of the four into the sockets on the security power line. Ask the Captain what you should do and he'll instruct you to repair the broken block.
Exit the security area and search the area for the materials to repair the forge.
Logs can be found in the kitchen(the checkered part of the mini-map). Search crates int he room south of the kitchen for a tinderbox and hammer. Leather is in a crate to the south-east outside the jail cells. The limestone can be found in the same room as the forge.
Repair the forge and block and return to the security system. Pop the block in and enter the next room.
In the next room, check the access panels for magical traps. When the trap is dispelled, open the panel. You need to fit in every block, but a light red line should be spanning across the middle of each of them. Just watch how I placed them.
Congrats! The tedious part of the quest is done. Watch some cutscenes and brace yourself for a Conquest battle against the pests.
