This fight is really easy compared to Nomad. I overkilled it by bring Sara Brews. If you have a decent defence level and armor, just use rocktails.

Remember prayer pots or super restores (if using sara brews). Remember, sip some super restore per 3 sips of sara brews.

You want to strike a good balance between mage defence and melee defence. The key is usually one high leveled piece of ranger armor and one piece great melee armor (like that of a Barrows brother). Choose your best combat helm, boots, amulet, and cape. The shield slot should have a mage def raising item or a defender.

Remember an emergency teleport out or a decent gravestone. =p

Your weapon will be Korasi's Sword since the Queen is weak to it, and the blade is able to block the Queen's special attack.

The Queen attacks with melee and magic. Since it's most convenient to melee her, pray against melee since she uses it way more than magic. Prayer only reduces damage, so that's why you do need decent melee def stats.

Use stat boosting or enemy draining prayers/curses to speed things up and reduce damage taken.

Her special attack involves her raising her head and glittering white light. When you see the sparkle, activate Korasi's sword special or the Queen will hit you and some allies for nearly 500 damage.

Other than hitting the Queen and blocking her special, you need to keep Void Knight archers alive so that they can take down her healing drones. The Queen will summon two Elite Defilers to take out your archers. Hit the Elites to draw their attention and keep them off the archers. If an Elite happens to die, it will respawn and target the archers, so you will need to hit it again.

If you are semi-vigilant against her special attack and the safety of the archers, you will win.

When you're ready, speak to Sir Tiffy in Falador to be teleported to the Portal chamber. Run to and speak with your girl to get back Korasi's Sword.

Turn on your prayers and enter the battle when the first Elite Defiler appears.
