In this video I cover the new runescape restricted accounts/pure system, in which you will (in the future) no longer be able to use major resets but instead be able to preform minor resets. You can also now block specific skill xp to make your very own restricted account from the start. Additionally I also cover the new jagex accounts, patches and retro mtx pack.
