Runic Tablet is a brand new mod for The Binding of Isaac that adds the Runic Tablet item to the game. This item not only increases the chances of finding Runes and Soul Stones, but also improves all existing Runes and Soul Stones by adding extra effects to them, similar to how Tarot Cloth works with cards.
