Running A Local DayZ Server & Playing DayZ On The ROG Ally Z1 Handheld Windows 11 Gaming PC
A little bit of an unusual video this one, it's more of a show-case than a tutorial, where I show you the Asus ROG Ally not only running a local DayZ server, put running the game at the same time.
This is useful for single-player DayZ and testing mods and builds before uploading them to a remote community server.
The ROG ALly Z1 (non extreme) version you see in this video is a Windows 11 machine - and possibly a cheap way into PC gaming, if you find one for the right price.
The above info was believed to be correct as of DayZ Update Patch 1.24, April 2024.
Thanks, Rob.
