Running a parkour line 5 times in a row - Parkour endurance training - DragoNate Parkour
6This week I only had one trainig day for myself, so today's DragoNate parkour video consists of me running a parkour line 5 times in a row for some parkour endurance training! My endurance is pretty terrible and you can easily see that with my climbups, climbing up the walls and on ledges. I need to do more endurance. I made up a parkour line with the help of my friend and then ran through it multiple times. This kind of thing makes me so tired after just going through it twice. I kept the failures and mistakes in there because I think that they are funny! I also think it's important to show how many times it takes sometimes to make something look good, or even to just do it fully in one go. What I've learned from this is that I need more endurance and I really need to work on my strength for climb ups so I can still do them when I'm just a little tired.
