5Windshield wipers are my favorite exercise, plus me and a friend do parkour follow the leader in this video. If you don't know what the windshield wipers exercise is, it is where you hang with straight arms, point your toes to the sky with straight legs, then shift your legs left and right like windshield wipers on a car. It's a tough exercise, but one of my favorites.
We've done follow the leader in parkour before, but never on video. My friend and I started out my playing add-on until we had a decent parkour line going. Then, we decided at one point to take a different pathway and I thought it would be cool if we played follow the leader up to that point. He jumps over me while I climb up a wall and we end by both flipping onto the air bag!
