My latest PC upgrade consists of;
CPU - Ryzen 7 1700X 3.4GHz/3.8GHz
GPU - Palit GTX 1060 6Gb
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8Gb 3200MHz
MB - Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3

Total cost was a little over £700 which does not include; case, HDD/SSD, CPU cooler, OS or PSU!

This setup can easily achieve 1080p 60fps with Very High in GTA V. There are a few tweaks that can be made to ensure locked/consistent 60fps but won't affect visuals too much.
