Looking at the NPC heavy HUB area I noticed a stutter or two I could repeat on reboots.
Comparing my Ryzen 9950X3D in Game Mode (8C16T) with XMP ONLY vs PBO Overclocking utilizing the Curve Optimizer and Curve Shaper in combination as they stack together.
Unfortunately with the Dual CCD's in use, the game bar app AMD recommends and even Project Lasso app cannot fully stop dual CCD communication fully, resulting in reduced performance, so I created this 3D only CCD profile.
