Turns 194 - 195 I discover that I cannot abandon the Sowers system until I have 100% ownership. This is one of those details that I keep forgetting almost every game, even after years of play. After freeing the Tikanan from the Vodyani enthrallment with my fleets and troops, I evacuated them from their home system and am re-homing them into my core worlds. Then I was fortunate enough to liberate the Mavros as well, who were under Vodyani enthrallment and also under pacific conversion in progress by the Sophons. Truly it was a much better fate for these minor faction populations to join our glorious Horatio federation!
