As the title suggests, today we're going to be facing both Henryk and Vicar Amelia. Henryk isn't really a difficult fight so long as you stall and wait for Eileen to jump in and help, Amelia though is a bit more troublesome.

The best thing to do if you're having trouble with Amelia is upgrade your weapon as far as you can which is probably around +5 and practice. That's it, my first time I think took around 15-20 tries. Granted I was at level 16-18, but provided you're not that low of level you should be fine. Just don't let up when the bright light appears, as she is healing up.
